The college selection process seems daunting but the truth is more about youth learning more about themselves and what they want than finding the “perfect school”. Once youth know what they want, it narrows down the applicable colleges naturally. Particularly if you are a first generation college student or have other barriers that make it necessary to have a direct college consultant more than what a school counselor can offer. These youth are often overlooked and deserve equal opportunity to explore all of the opportunities for higher education, scholarships and financial aid.

Now with so many college options including in person and online, it can be hard to know where to start, what steps to take, remember application deadlines, deciding where to apply and how to plan financially.
